Katachi Hair & Spa Salon Policies

At Katachi Hair & Spa, we are dedicated to providing you with a luxurious and relaxing experience. To ensure all guests receive the best service, we kindly ask that you review the following policies before your appointment.

Booking & Appointments

• Deposits: A deposit may be required to secure appointments for colour services, spa treatments, or bookings of extended duration. This deposit will be credited toward the final total of your service.

• Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time to maximise your appointment. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you, though your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling: We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so may result in the loss of your deposit.
No-Show Policy

• Missed Appointments: Missed appointments without prior notice may require full payment before rebooking. Frequent no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

Refunds & Redos

• Services: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can arrange any necessary adjustments.

• Products: We do not offer refunds on used products. However, if a product is faulty or causes a reaction, we are happy to exchange it for an alternative.

Health & Safety

• Feeling Unwell: If you are unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment to ensure the well-being of our team and other clients.

• Patch Test: A patch test is required at least 48 hours before any colour or chemical service if you are a new client or have not had a service with us in the last six months.

Children & Guests

• To maintain a serene and relaxing environment, we kindly ask that children are only brought to the salon if they have an appointment.

Payment

• We accept cash, EFTPOS, and major credit cards. Afterpay is available for selected services and retail purchases.
